1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck444b ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ck444b website at ck444b.app, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and support services made available through the platform.

3 Account Registration

To participate in real-money wagering on ck444b, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and ck444b accepts no liability for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete registration details.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ck444b account at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck444b reserves the right to close all but one account, void any balances held in duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through those accounts pending a full review.

3.4 Account Currency

All ck444b accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). At no point will currency conversion be applied to your account balance. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent your balance in BDT.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ck444b supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion fees. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ck444b account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ck444b does not impose any fee on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit to ck444b may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Maximum Withdrawable Winnings from Free Bonuses

Where a bonus is awarded without a qualifying deposit (a "free bonus" or "no-deposit bonus"), the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from that bonus is capped at the amount specified in the specific promotion terms. Any winnings above that cap derived from a free bonus will not be withdrawable.

6 User Obligations

By using the ck444b platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply with any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

6.2 Player Conduct in Live Games

In live casino and live sports betting environments, players are expected to engage respectfully and in accordance with the game rules. Any attempt to influence a live dealer's actions, disrupt a live game session, or communicate with other players in a manner that constitutes collusion is grounds for immediate removal from the game and potential account closure.

6.3 Reporting Errors

If you become aware of any error, malfunction, or unexpected behaviour on the ck444b platform — including any situation where you believe you may have received a credit or payout that was not intentionally awarded — you are obligated to report it to the ck444b support team immediately via live chat. 7 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck444b platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ck444b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age verification or KYC documentation requirements within the stated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative closure.
• Where the account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ck444b account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, ck444b will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate cleared funds (i.e., funds that are not subject to incomplete wagering requirements or ongoing compliance review) before closing the account. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon written request, subject to ck444b's standard re-activation review process.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ck444b will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address before classifying the account as dormant. Dormant account balances are preserved and remain attributable to the account holder. To reactivate a dormant account, the account holder must contact ck444b support and complete any required re-verification steps.

8.3 Effect of Account Closure

Upon the closure of a player account for breach of these Terms, ck444b reserves the right to void any pending bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold any winnings where those winnings are reasonably suspected to have been derived from a breach of these Terms or from fraudulent activity. ck444b's decision in such matters is final, subject to any dispute resolution process expressly available under these Terms.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

If you believe that ck444b has taken action against your account in error, you may submit a written dispute to the ck444b support team. Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant action. ck444b will review all supporting evidence and provide a written response within 14 business days. The decision issued following a formal dispute review is final and binding. ck444b does not participate in external alternative dispute resolution schemes at this time.
